2018 Leadership Summit Meeting


Fall Summit 2016 Rebrand Draft

Please use the following form to register for the Leadership Summit on Homelessness & Health Care, (commonly known as the Fall Summit or Retreat) October 4-5 at the Scarritt Bennett Center in Nashville. Registration requires a $85.00 fee which includes your breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Please remember that organizational member representatives may designate an alternate representative to attend this meeting if needed. We urge you to send someone in your place if you cannot personally make the trip—this is your best opportunity to influence the priorities of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council, and learn from your colleagues across the country. Please note that only one individual from each organization may attend this meeting.

Lodging Options

You may choose to make your own arrangements to stay at Scarritt Benett if you would prefer to stay onsite; we encourage you do so as soon as possible. Please note that the check in is any time after 3:00 pm Central. Several nearby hotels are available or use other accommodations such as Airbnb.

All checks must be postmarked by Friday, September 14.  Checks can be mailed to National Health Care for the Homeless Council, PO BOX 60427, Nashville, TN 37206.  

NO refunds.
