The Council does not normally sell products but any goods sold are non-refundable.
Donations and membership fees and are normally nonrefundable. Donations can be refunded with the Executive Director’s approval. Our policy is to accept unrestricted gifts and gifts restricted for specific programs or services in the form of cash, stocks, deferred or appreciated property on behalf of the National Healthcare for the Homeless Council. Refunds for training or event registrations will not be issued after the time period or date specified on the registration form or material.
Cancellations will not be accepted for training or event registrations after the time period or date specified on the registration form or material. Fees may be charged on event cancellations.

The Council has a Credit Card Security Policy that complies with credit card company requirements and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. The policy applies to all Council employees, contractors and volunteers.
