Columbus Health Care for the Homeless is a subsidiary of Columbus Neighborhood Health Center (CNHC). CNHC comprises five health centers that have been providing family oriented, affordable, comprehensive primary care for more than 25 years.

The HCH philosophy is to ensure that persons who are homeless have access to comprehensive primary health care and mental health and substance abuse services. This is done through a multidisciplinary team at clinical care sites, homeless gathering sites, and shelters.

In addition to HCH primary, behavioral, OB/GYN, nutrition, pharmacy health services, PrimaryOne Health also provides specialty services including Physical Therapy, Cardiology, Dermatology and GI for our HCH and all patients of our health center.
