Mobile health unity provides primary care to multiple sites throughout Brevard County. Monthly schedules are published and available at all of our 6 Brevard Health Alliance clinic and through the BHA website. The mobile unit is equipped with EMR and has direct access to obtaining labwork and diagnostics results and interfaced with all clinics for seamless care. Homeless and all BHA patients have full access to all of the clinics with the system.
The Brevard Health Alliance provides Primary Care Medical Services through Board Certified Family Practice Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, Pediatricians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. The care includes well visits, sick visits and physicals. BHA also provides chronic disease management for illness such as hypertension and diabetes. Dental services has been added this year for established patients and case management is also available as needed.
