Audubon Area Community Care Clinic

As a nonprofit organization, Audubon Area Community Care Clinic (AACCC) was founded to serve as a Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) clinic providing comprehensive primary and preventative medical services to the region’s under- and uninsured homeless individuals and families, as well as individuals and families at risk of becoming homeless.

AACCC will target Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, and Union Counties in the northwestern region of the Commonwealth. AACCC is a subsidiary affiliate of Audubon Area Community Services (AACS), a community action agency founded in 1966 that provides comprehensive human services. Currently, the agency serves a 34‐county area in Green River, Pennyrile, Barren River, and Purchase regions in Kentucky, with over $50 million in funding, 600 employees, and 91 satellite sites.

Audubon Area Community Care Clinic is a New Access Point awardee opening its Health Care for the Homeless Program in 2017.
