Registration Fees for HCH2020

ATTENTION: Please note that registrations for Pre-Conference Institute (PCI) and Learning Lab (LL) sessions are limited by room capacity. Registrations for PCIs and LLs are therefore available on a first-come, first-served paid basis.

Last date for Registration Cancellation: April 17, 2020. Your original confirmation email will have a link to “Modify your Registration”. This link will enable you to cancel your registration yourself. Pre-Conference Institutes and Learning Lab Fees are non-refundable. Main conference fees ARE refundable. An $80 cancellation fee will apply.

* NOTE: Non-Members fees include a $15 Admin Fee. Onsite registrations include a $50 Admin Fee.

* Members are eligible for discounts on registration that will automatically apply. Please enter your valid NHCHC Member ID during Registration.

** Student must be full-time status and produce documentation to that effect along with current student id. Please email Essence Simmons to provide these documents for review PRIOR to submitting your registration. Your registration is subject to approval, based on these documents.

 

Cancellations

Last date for Registration Cancellation: April 17, 2020.

Refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Essence Simmons by April 17, 2020.

An $80 cancellation fee will apply.

Please include your confirmation email or payment/receipt page with your check to identify which registration the funds are paying. Thank you.

Presenters, please be sure to register for the session(s) you are presenting for AND the session(s) you are attending.


Presenter registrations must be completed by March 27, 2020.

If your proposal is accepted, you may register with a $150 discount as follows:

  • Workshops: $150 off Main Conference registration for THREE (3) presenters
  • Oral Presentations and Posters: $150 off Main Conference registration for ONE (1) presenter

Travel, accommodations, and meals not provided at the conference are the responsibility of the speaker or organization, not the Council. Speaker fees are not available.
