The Uniform Data System (UDS) is a central data repository for standardized health data from health centers funded under the Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. §254b) (330 Health Centers).

This fact sheet will summarize how the UDS data reported in 2016 has been used by the National Health Care for the Homeless Council to provide technical assistance (TA) to 330(h) grantees and lookalikes to establish benchmarks, identify needs and prioritize new programs, demonstrate the value and impact of grantees and the overall HCH program, and provide the ability to deliver tailored and targeted training and technical assistance.

An accompanying webinar that also includes additional information about the functions available through UDS Mapper is available here.
