Council Recognizes World AIDS Day

World AIDS DayToday, December 1st, join the Council in recognizing World AIDS Day. Approximately 1.2 million Americans live with HIV according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and AIDS claims the lives of nearly 13,000 individuals in the U.S. every year. People without homes are at higher risk of HIV infection than individuals with stable housing.
