Building Effective Managed Health Care Networks: Zeroing in on Tri-County Oregon

October 19, 2015 | 2-3 p.m. ET

Building an effective and financially strong health care network is on everyone’s “to do list.” But many voice the same question: How do we really do this? This upcoming webinar from our partner organization, the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), will continue a series focused on understanding the evolving role of managed care in providing comprehensive health care for homeless and high utilizers.

This webinar will delve into how organizations built a strong partnership in Multnomah, Clackamus, and Washington counties in Oregon to deliver and cover coordinated health care, social supports and housing for high-need residents in their area. The discussion will answer essential questions about the partners’ structure and roles, highlighting the steps involved in building the partnership and detailing strategies for overcoming hurdles in design and ongoing operations.

Our panel will feature key partners from the Coordinating Care Organization and Federally Qualified Health Center from Tri-County Oregon. The speakers will provide a national perspective on Oregon’s Care Coordination Organization and the implementation of this broad network.

CSH will host this discussion. Register for the webinar.
