This webinar will highlight the findings of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council’s case study on quality leaders among HCH grantees and the operational practices and quality improvement processes that drive them to success. Two HCH quality leaders will share some practices they have instituted to improve or support quality of care. They will also discuss the techniques they use to track and evaluate their own performances.
