Dan is responsible for representing the interests of the National Council in Washington,D.C., working with the National Council’s Policy Committee and management structure to advance the annual Advocacy Agenda, and mobilizing National Council member organizations, other advocates and service providers, and homeless people for the amelioration of poverty and homelessness. Dan is primary staff to the Policy Committee and the National Consumer Advisory Board (NCAB).
