Barbara directs the policy and advocacy activities for the National Council, conducts policy analysis, and coordinates staff assistance to the Policy Committee, Respite Care Providers Network, SSI Task Force, Permanent Supportive Housing Working Group, and the Treatment for Homeless Persons Work Group.

Molly coordinates the involvement of HCH projects in research activities to facilitate improvement of homeless health care practice and policy. Molly also staffs various leadership committees for the HCH Clinicians’ Network to develop plans to address clinical priorities and challenges in homeless health care practice.
