After 27 years, Health Care for the Homeless providers and advocates from around the country continue to gather to learn from each other and leaders in the field. In this important election cycle and landmark year for health care reform, we will meet in Kansas City for dozens of accredited workshops, professional networking, engaging presentations, rejuvenating social encounters, and inspiring plenary sessions where you can ask questions directly of our federal officials and leaders in the HCH field.
Join us at the National Health Care for the Homeless Conference and Policy Symposium at the Sheraton Kansas City at the Crown Center May 16-18, 2012, with Pre-Conference Institutes on May 15.
This conference is designed by HCH professionals for HCH professionals, including clinicians, support staff, administrators, board members, and consumers of HCH services. It will also be of value to others who provide health care and support services to homeless people, as well as government officials and advocates.
Consider joining the National Health Care for the Homeless Council by filling out an organizational membership application, whether you are a Health Care for the Homeless organization or not. We welcome you and your organization to partner with us in the important work of caring for persons who are experiencing homelessness in America.
