HCH, An Introduction
The 20-minute Health Care for the Homeless: An Introduction video module provides a general overview of the causes of homelessness, the health problems faced by people experiencing homelessness, and the barriers that prevent people from accessing services. Using interviews with HCH clinicians, administrators and formerly homeless clients from around the country, viewers will have a better understanding of the unique approach to care developed by HCH project to more effectively respond to the multiple challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness.
