The Health of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender People: Ending Disparities, Ending Invisibility

This webinar will describe health disparities found among LGBT people and some of the factors that influence these disparities. Participants will learn strategies for taking a sensitive history with LGBT people, ways of inquiring about and being supportive of a patient’s sexual orientation and gender identity, and resources and trainings available from the National LGBT Health Education Center (The Fenway Institute, Fenway Health).
