Presenters will explain the local HCH project Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) concept as it reinforces consumer governance. We will discuss organizing and sustaining a CAB and give examples of benefits to the HCH projects and communities, as well as list different ways consumers can be involved. Introductory level.
