Between October 2007 and September 2008, Oxford University offered a seminal course of instruction targeted toward clinicians working with homeless populations. The course "The Provision of Health Care to People Experiencing Homelessness Program" offers professional development courses which address provision of healthcare for people experiencing homelessness by taking a collaborative approach which allows students to learn from one another.
