This workshop will explain the importance of street outreach and discuss approaches for engaging unsheltered homeless persons in care. Presenters will address topics including the somatic/primary care needs of unsheltered homeless persons, traditional models of care and Goal Negotiated Care, and tools for working through client resistance.
