WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The conference will be broadly inclusive of these participants:
- People who have experienced homelessness*
- Primary care, substance abuse, and mental health providers
- Outreach workers, case managers, and social workers
- Homeless program administrators and staff
- Community activists and advocates
- HCH and Community Health Center Board members
- Health professions students
- Public health and government officials
- Housing providers
- Discharge planners
*Agencies are especially encouraged to support the participation of staff and clients who have endured homelessness or are currently homeless. A limited number of Consumer Travel Scholarships are available for this purpose; please click here for an application form. |
