2009 National HCH Conference & Policy Symposium
Conference registration covers all sessions (except Wednesday's full-day Pre-conference Institutes), materials, CME/CE certificates, welcome reception, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, refreshments during breaks, and breakfast on Saturday. The Pre-Conference Institute fee includes Wednesday’s breakfast, refreshments during breaks, and CME/CE credits. Conference fees will be refunded only if cancellation request is received in writing by June 1. Taxi service between Reagan National and the Hyatt Regency costs approximately $14-18 one way. Metro Subway service is available from Reagan National to Union Station, which is three blocks from the Hyatt. Taxi service between Dulles International and the Hyatt is approximately $60-80, and taxi between BWI and the Hyatt is approximately $65. BWI is also accessible via MARC commuter train from Union Station. All three airports are served by Super Shuttle for $13 (Reagan,) $26 (Dulles,) and $31 (BWI) respectively.
