HARM REDUCTION (PART 1 OF 2): EXPANDING THE DIALOGUE OF RECOVERY Location: Hyatt Regency, Cowboy Artists Room Harm reduction is a philosophy and set of interventions that aim to reduce the negative consequences of drug use, incorporating a spectrum of strategies from safer use, to managed use, to abstinence.
