STRENGTHENING HCH HEALTH CARE PLANS Location: Hyatt Regency, Casidy Health Center health care and business plans should derive from the comprehensive needs assessment and the strategic planning process. They serve as the mechanisms for implementing and evaluating the progress and effectiveness of programs. Not unimportant, they also form the basis of the Performance Review conducted by HRSA.
