DISCHARGE PLANNING TRAINING Location: Hyatt Regency, Ellis West This session will focus on the fundamental skills needed to discharge someone who is experiencing homelessness. Participants will learn about resources that can aid in adequate discharge plans as they relate to EMTALA and current practices. Discussion will also include the change in discharge practices after the Kaiser Permanente settlement with the District Attorney of the City of Los Angeles. Introductory/Advanced Level.
