This conference is intended to be broadly inclusive of HCH staff, clients, and board members, others who provide health care and support services to homeless people, government officials, academicians, health professions students and advocates. We extend a warm invitation to our colleagues from the Projects for Assistance in Transition for Homelessness (PATH) program and other mental health and substance abuse service providers.

Agencies are especially encouraged to support the participation of staff and clients who have endured homelessness or are currently homeless. A limited number of Consumer Travel Scholarships is available for this purpose; please click here for an application form.
